Tom’s key role will be to take on all projects after Conceptual Design and manage the Design Development and Construction Drawing phase of the process. He will work and coordinate the production team to ensure the drawings are complete with all appropriate detailing. Tom will also assist in Construction Administration by visiting the site, collaborating with the contractors, and providing field reports, as necessary. He has over 40 years’ experience and has worked on numerous projects along the way. He spent his first 13 years in Construction which served him well on the detailing drawing side. Tom’s most complex and largest project to date was managing a 26-million-dollar renovation of and addition to the Department of Corrections Medium Security Facility. Tom graduated from Wentworth Institute in 1999. In his free time Tom enjoys riding his motorcycle and working in his home and yard in the woods.
