Jose joins us with 5 years of experience working at esteemed architectural firms in Florida, bringing a wealth of knowledge in managing private residential and commercial projects from design development through construction administration and closeout.

A graduate of the Boston Architectural College, where he earned his Master of Architecture, Jose also brings 10+ years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager. His strong skills in consultant coordination, construction administration, and client relations make him an invaluable addition to our team. His passion, talent, and professionalism are already shining through.

What makes this moment even more meaningful is that Jose’s desire to become an architect was sparked through the RI ACE Mentoring Program—a program Ron helped launch alongside an incredible group of industry professionals to mentor high school students in Rhode Island interested in careers in architecture, construction, engineering, and the trades.

It was through that program that Ron first met Jose, making this a very special full‑circle moment.
