This single-story beach cottage, originally built on leased land for seasonal use, is being thoughtfully transformed into a year-round retreat. Designed for summer living, the home lacked the space and comfort needed for extended stays. The owner approached us with a vision: to create a more livable, light-filled environment that fully embraces the stunning 180-degree views of the bay.

Our renovation includes modest additions and a raised roofline, allowing for expanded interior volume and improved natural light. A new loft space with an upper deck was added to maximize the panoramic views and provide a peaceful perch above the shoreline. These enhancements maintain the cottage’s relaxed charm while introducing modern comforts and spatial flexibility.
